Guillermo has over 35 years of experience in Financial, Administration and Operational Leadership Positions, with a background in developing policies and programs to manage billion-dollar and multimillion-dollar functions. He possesses excellent analytical skills applied to financial, business and technology operations with a track record of success in achieving multimillion-dollar cost savings and the development of ground breaking operational programs. He is also a retired US Air Force Colonel, having served 26 years across the world before his retirement in 2008.

During his career within the private sector, nonprofits, Federal Government, and United Nations organizations, Guillermo has been recognized for his extensive financial knowledge combined with deep experience in all organizational functional areas including finance, business development, human resources, information technology, and operations. He is exceptionally skilled in merging strategic vision and mission with specific, actionable plans and solutions.

As a seasoned and senior finance and operations executive, Guillermo has led and provided executive-level oversight of CFO, CIO, CHRO, CPO functions concurrently for global and regional organizations for a period of 10 years. In addition, he has held leadership positions in Japan, Korea, and Honduras during his career.
