Leader by gift, Engineer by heart, and in Sales & Marketing by passion (almost by accident, I confess), early I learned that no challenge is big enough.

But it was the early career as a Consultant that taught me how to look at customers’ issues from a different perspective. Principles never change. A small problem is always easier to solve than a big one, so break it into smaller pieces. And if you do not know how to start, then frame it. That is how I have been helping our customers for nearly 20 years, and as a consequence, helping my company to growth.

Whenever there is a big problem to solve, do not forget: no challenge is big enough, stick to principles, and keep it simple. That’s my motto.
