Howdy folks, Jeff here. I’m a pretty simple guy. I grew up in the country riding horses and herding cows and everything that comes with farm life. I love to challenge myself in all areas. I enjoy learning from those who are more accomplished then I am.

I know some things, but don’t profess to know a lot. I subscribe to Jocko Willink’s mantra that “discipline equals freedom”

Continuously working on the candor/caring balance as I intrinsically value honesty and fairness over feelings.

I believe in treating everyone with respect. I’m not much on over the top hype but value combining common sense and creative approaches to complex problems.
