I’m an herbalist, gardener, intuitive coach and have my degree in integrative health care. 🌼

I love to facilitate retreats that focus on ultimate rest, unwinding, nourishment, unraveling, rebuilding and connection. 🌸

I lead meditation classes and teach herbal classes. I also incorporate ancestral healing into my daily life as a practice 🌿

I love foraging, product making, making new foods, being in nature, traveling 🥑

I have an interest in autoimmune diseases, stress management techniques, and mind/body practices and include practices everyday to clear my own patterns. 🧘🏻‍♀️

I love to read and write and feel like the written word is the best way to convey my messages 📚
