Back in 2015 my World was turned upside down. In a single year my relationship broke down, I had been in and out of Family Courts and fighting to be a Father to my girls. Whilst simultaneously commuting 3.5 hours a day to a Manager Zombie who sucked any life out of me and a toxic working culture.

Both of these factors drove me into depression, BUT it was the best year of my life!

Family is vitally important to me. It’s home and where I belong and in 2015 I asked why this isn’t always applied in the workplace?

So our Mission is to build working Families and improve businesses and individuals working lives!
