Bio

My happy place is building good businesses, supporting and cheering on people who are motivated by positive impact. That's usually working with a team, starting a new business, or encouraging makers turning the abundance of land and sea into great food. I'm passionate about strengthening the capability and wellbeing of people, land and our economy within Te Tau Ihu Aotearoa (the regions at the top of the South Island of New Zealand).

My background is in leading a technology start up creating deeper connections between food producers and consumers; as a champion of regional artisan food in a tourist hotspot; and in enterprise-level data capture and information management. I bring unique insight into the sustainability intersect between agritech, food production, individualized economic behaviour, and the awesomeness of people.

As an independent Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I use the insights of Gallup's workplace wellbeing and engagement research in developing the best for people, projects and planet.

I'm excited to be helping create a more abundant future for our communities as we build together for future generations.
