As a Christian life coach and qualified hypnotherapist, I specialise in encouraging and guiding women to live with purpose, on purpose, for God’s purpose.

Life experiences, challenges and trauma WILL affect us. We chose to allow this to change us for the better or not. Our past does not equal our future. Living in, surviving and healing from an emotionally abusive marriage can be the most challenging thing we have ever experienced. It’s confusing, complicated and life changing. But it is possible- with Gods help.
