BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

- 16 years in hospitality from runner to senior operations manager for an independent pub group in the North West of England
- throughout the 16 years worked in Chicago, Melbourne, LIverpool, Manchester & Cheshire.

I spent years working my absolute socks off to build someone else’s dream. Sacrificed family time & special occasions. Late nights, weekends & 60-70 hours a week was just the norm.

I had no control of my life & I was on what felt like a never-ending hamster wheel.

Then it all came crashing down after I was managed out of my last role & a settlement had to be agreed.

I really struggled with my mental health through this period & knew I could not go back to working for someone else and build someone else’s dream. Something had to change.

WHAT DO I DO?

I help people start & build a successful online business in social media marketing.

I mentor them to build a future they not only desire but deserve.

I help them build their mindset & confidence & teach them the skills they need with an online training platform.

I have turned my life around; I have gone from deeply depressed suffering with my mental health, having a victim mindset, losing my career, my marriage & my future in the same 6 months to genuinely feeling truly happy again.
