Catherine has mentored thousands of people in North America. As a former Founder, CEO, and Managing Director of a Real Estate Investment Hedge Fund, she has worked with buy and hold investors, AirBNB investors, Builders/ Developers, Mobile Home Park Investors, and Private Money Lenders. She also has participated in these transactions as an investor with her own funds.

She is best known as the coach who is masterful at creating systems and structures that lead teams to more profitable outcomes by collapsing timelines and adding commas to bank accounts.

Catherine is also the founder of the non- profit Bell Community Empowerment Foundation. It has been her lifelong mission to educate, empower, and inspire families to adopt all of the adoptable children in the foster care system. She is the mother of two teenagers who were adopted from the foster care system and views this as the most rewarding aspect of her life.
