👋 Hi, I’m Cat, short for Catherine, aka Hee Jung 희정. In 2020 at age 33, I had no idea that in less than one year, I’d lose my business, marriage, and MANY of my closest friend & family relationships... everything I thought I wanted in life that felt safe and comfortable. Through the journey of self-discovery and healing, what I gained was a massive awakening, a rebirth and reconnection to my most authentic self and a completely new sense of purpose! Cue 2021. I have stepped into this new year as the most powerful version of myself, compassionate, grateful, vulnerable, full of vitality, willing to let go of things that are no longer in alignment, and in full surrender and trust in the universe. Always a work in progress but my growth game is strong 💪
