A little about me:
I invite people to connect within themselves and within community. My passion is ‘healing the world, one conversation at a time’.

I’ve always been a joyful person. As a child, I was in a full body cast at 6 months. I learned early how to imagine, be still with gratitude, and connect non verbally. I overcame physical struggles to become a division 1 athlete and basketball coach! My life has been a multitude of experiences that have kept me craving growth, connection, and healing.

I am a thriving educator, coach, facilitator, performer, and community advocate. Ready to connect to discuss all the ways we can be our best personally and in community. Embracing the journey in my longing to find ‘home’. It’s all within me already.
