I was a burned out, overworked, overweight, overwhelmed midlife mommas of two married to my best friend from HS. I suffered from chronic debilitating pain, many years of depression and a whole lotta hopelessness. It took me WAY too long to find my way to the beautiful life I am now living so it became my passion to help shine a light for others like me who KNOW there is a better way even if they are not sure how to get there!
