Carolynne grew up exploring leadership via homeschooling / mentorship, working alongside both her Entrepreneurial parents, her Mother's Conservation Tree & organic market gardening Farm. And her Father's diplomatic / Grand Master Martial Art's, holistic scientific and construction projects.
At the age of 11 her parents added two more mentors to her curriculum in the form of a medical Doctor and a librarian on general knowledge.
At 17 she registered with Douglas College in Vancouver BC to overcome any shortages of being homeschooled and 8 months later entered Business college. Upon graduating she added a second degree in communications with MIT.
Adding two more mentors in Mind Mapping, (Jean Buzan) and orating, Law, and general strategy ( Prof. Robert ED Cattley; Pomp and Circumstance)
She worked advancing her career both in Vancouver and relocated to the NWT with Media, Tourism and Aviation and started developing her concepts on community development both in NWT and the Yukon for 3 1/2 years.
Returning south to Manitoba she obtained a position as Supervisor at the home Station of Kelsey in North Manitoba for Manitoba Hydro with a staff of 8 as liaison between First Nations Community settlements and a working camp setting of up to 200 working men at peak time. At the age of 30.
She worked for 15 years in different capacities for Manitoba Hydro. During that time she and her late husband started to build a number of Corporations Including. Air West Ltd. 1984 - 1996 charter airline, with 6 Cessna aircraft 310's & 402's; Eagle Enterprise, and Post Services Ltd. ( General contractor for Canada Post)
1994 Carolynne switched careers to humanities.
1996 she built the first Holistic Clinic and started to teach the community of Winnipeg the value of this lifestyle both as practitioner and a student once again.
Her mentor Prof Steve Davis LP Manitoba opened many doors to new fields of study numbering approximately 250 different modalities.
