“Passionate about being the difference, to make a difference”
I am based in Australia, in Sydney and the beautiful north coast region of NSW.
Health & wellness is my interest. I know a lot, and there is still a lot that I don’t know, and continue to learn more from others in my advancing years.
My goal is to be a healthy super-ager, embracing life fully, physically, mentally and spiritually in my advancing years.
I enjoy global and diverse conversations on health and wellness topics, for leading a healthy, happy, satisfying and meaningful life, and impacting on people’s lives through sharing.

My background is in clinical dentistry, community health, public health and private practice for the first 15 years of my career. For the next 15+ years, I was appointed into leadership CEO positions in association management in the dental, medical & business sectors.
I currently mostly spend my time in a portfolio career, as a company director in healthcare, business and the Not-for-profit sectors. I am now retired from clinical work and remain as a registered dentist in Australia in the non practising category (like most University dentistry academics).
I am also the Deputy Chair on an Australian government Primary Health Network initiative in the North Coast region of NSW.
