Carola Lueder, PA CIPS
Carola Lueder is a seasoned professional in all aspects of the real
estate industry. Starting her career in 1990 in Newport Beach,
California, as a commercial agent with Marcus & Millichap, she
obtained expertise in multi-family and hotel sales with listings in
excess of $40,000,000. Carola switched to luxury estate sales in
Laguna Beach, CA working for Prudential California Realty and soon
obtained the Gold & Silver Chairman’s Circle awards several years in
a row.
In 2005, Carola moved to South Florida, obtained her Brokers license,
and formed Properties USA, Inc. to develop a boutique condo hotel. She served on local and national panels
as a condo hotel expert, which led to several consulting positions including London and Costa Rica. As
Broker/Owner of Properties USA, Global Real Estate Services since 2006, Carola’s store front office location
opened in Pompano Beach, FL October 2015.
Carola sold her Brokerage 2018 and was the “Executive Investment Advisor” for RE/Max Experience –
Commercial Division in Fort Lauderdale until 2020. Due to her specialized expertise, she was invited to Partner
with SIDE Inc., a Tech real estate firm out of San Francisco, as their first commercial broker in Florida, founding
CAVIAR Global Properties. Carola is a public speaker of Real Estate related topics and has consulted for
developers locally and internationally.
Carola was Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2018 for her Association’s Realtors Commercial Alliance. + She
then received statewide recognition from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as being one of only 11 in
the state of Florida to obtain the Commercial Realtor Award in 2019. Carola has volunteered in a leadership
capacity with Greater Fort Lauderdale REALTORS® since 2007, now Broward, Palm Beaches & St Lucie Realtors
with over 34,000 members. Currently Carola is the 2021 President for the Commercial Realtors Alliance and
serves on the Associations Corporate Board as a Director as well as the MLS committee and Global Business
committee. On the state level she is a Director for Florida Realtors since 2016 and nationally on two
committees. She obtained the credential “Certified International Property Specialist” (CIPS) to better serve her
clients with local expertise and global exposure in both Commercial and Residential Investments.
