In my “day job” I advise Fortune 1000 companies on achieving rapid business outcomes and value generation by bringing together the right people to enable successful business scaling and transformation. In addition, I act as advisor to startups and SPAC IPOs across Fintech, InsurTech, Healthtech, Medtech and asset centric R&D biopharma companies.

In my “night job” I am blessed to be president of a not for profit organization serving the largest LatinX community in New York with 10,000 members through active engagement with its largest Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) delivering curated educational, mentoring, executive and commercial content for creating opportunities for clients, students and professionals to increase LatinX diversity in their workforce’s up to board level and drive shareholder value.
