Depression has lived with me since my pre-teens. She has overwhelmed me countless times, and has nearly taken my life. Trauma has had its way with me, and I’ve survived. Anxiety visits me frequently. She once sucked all the air from my lungs and I feared it was the end. But I’m here. And you’re here. Let’s not suffer in silence anymore. We have things to do, connections to make, and imperfect lives to live!
