Introducing.... me, Cara, your Client Happiness VA - “The Social VA putting Client Happiness First”

It's been a natural progression to get to this point and i'm so happy to share with you what I've created. 😁

I’ve always worked face to face with clients as my role in the corporate world was Business Development, one thing I learnt very quickly……. A good sale doesn’t end when the contract is signed, it's the level of Customer Service you provide once you have signed the contract. 👀

Offering a premium level of client care / service gets you re occurring sales and of course referrals now this is where I come to life. I love connecting and building relationships with people and being fully engaged in their business, brand and their mission in the world.

I’m probably not your typical VA who just does the admin duties. I am heavily focused on supporting you with client communication and engagement, so managing membership groups holding client care calls that's where the magic happens 🔮

When clients feel seen, heard, valued and respected that's where loyalty is born, results explode and everyone's overall energy and happiness increases and this is my passion overall Client Happiness. 🥰
