A person of Lakota, Pueblo, and Spanish descent, Cano is also the frontman and lead vocalist of Clan-Destine, winner of a Native American Music Award and nominated in the categories of Pop and Rock. Cano has been named a Cultural Icon by the U.S. Library of Congress and has received the Governor’s Award of Excellence by the State of Arizona, he has been blessed to have travelled the globe with Clan-Destine, but the things he most cherishes are the love and respect of his wife, children, friends, family and communities he serves.

Cano is a powerful vocalist, a master of orations, and high energy performer whose showmanship has been described as dynamic, uplifting, and inspirational. Cano continues to deliver a mesmerizing performance with Clan-Destine.
Juan “Cano” Sanchez’ decades of experience working in the psychiatric field was at facilities in Arizona such as Summit Place, Victory House, and Desert Vista Hospital; earning positions such as Day Shift Supervisor, and working in both the clinical and educational services ranging from pre-school to geriatric ages. Cano is an entrepreneur working in several venues of business. He co-owns and is President of Silvermoon Productions LLC.,
