With 25+ years of experience, I've helped Leaders and Employees with personal and organizational effectiveness in the areas of employee engagement, talent development, aligning strategic priorities and objectives, team performance management, change initiatives and corporate well-being.  I have a huge passion for the people part of an organization with a focus on culture.
I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation and hold certifications as both a Personal Executive Coach and Business Leadership Coach from schools in Canada and the US.  I'm also certified in Emotional Intelligence and put a big focus on that within my practice.   I help high performers, Executives and key stakeholders achieve long desired personal and professional growth while mitigating the resistance to change so they maintain their competitive edge in todays fast changing environment.
I'm an Executive Board member for a non for profit organization called Youturn which provides intensive services and supports to the most vulnerable and high risk youth.  I'm also the President of a local Business Networking Chapter which helps local Entrepreneurs and Business owners get started, rebuild their companies and achieve their full potential.  I'm at my best when I'm engaged in honest courageous conversations about personal and professional transformation.  I'm fuelled by a passion to help people in a genuine and authentic way and understand first hand the importance of communication by having an honest and trust worthy connection.  I don't believe life gives do-overs.  It’s all about maximizing the next opportunity!
