I work to literally transform organisations and the lives of their leaders and people. From my passion, experience and expertise, I co-created Org Coherence, a revolutionary practical approach to help individuals and CEOs achieve a new way of leading and being. This approach is effective because it is:

I am a Leadership and Behavioural Change expert in Deloitte's Leadership Advisory & Development practice, specialising in coaching leaders and in running immersive workshops to improve the performance of leaders, senior leadership teams and organisations. I focus on purpose, team development, individual coaching (based on self-understanding), well-being, sustainable behavioural change (including nudging) and cultural transformation. I am experienced in the fields of leadership, psychology, philosophy, Buddhism, behavioural economics and neuroscience and draw on these fields in practical ways for greater impact in my work. I have worked with hundreds of top executives in public, private and charitable organisations to improve their coherence, increase well-being and unlock human potential. Recent clients have included the NHS, Amnesty International, Transport for London, ActionAid UK, DfE, Deloitte, and DWP.
