Developed and consulted businesses in a wide range of industries including construction, technology, hospitality, internet marketing, and of course, Cannabis.

20 + years of experience in operations, management, and finance with P&L responsibilities in the volatile cannabis cultivation industry. Successfully obtained 10 Local & 13 State licenses across all classifications.

~What have I learned?
My career in cannabis has made me a schizophrenic because I never know which personality has embodied me. I am either a Masochist, a Martyr, or a Passionate Cannabis Executive.

In my experiences, growing high quality cannabis is only one of the required components for success in the highly regulated and burgeoning industry that is Cannabis. For an artesian cultivator, the path to success requires you to be skilled at addressing key components such as compliance ordinances, forecasting market trends, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing operational processes.
