On a mission to make mental fitness valued just as much as physical fitness. Training our minds and going to therapy should be just as normal as going to the gym to train your body. Just like kids have a physical education class in school, they should have coping skills classes or an emotional education class. Taking care of ourselves, learning coping skills, and how our thoughts impact our emotions & behaviors needs to be taught at a young age.
Mental fitness and physical fitnesses are linked and making changes to one can have a big impact on the other. Being healthier mentally can help you be healthier physically and vise versa.
