I have expertise implementing and configuring ATSs, CRMs, Marketing Suites, PM software etc..

I’ve worked in Product, QA, Implementation, Training, Support, Sales, and Marketing. Currently I am Head of Product Adoption and Sales Ops at JobDiva.

I’m also a theatre and film maker, though little of my time can be allocated to these first loves at this juncture in life.

I am occasionally politically active. I implemented a Support software called Help Scout for Andrew Yang’s 2020 presidential campaign, and then ran a team of college kids and retired folks, to respond to the many hundreds (often thousands) of emails the campaign received daily. As a phase 2 of the implementation, I analyzed emails and built search strings to categorize them so the campaign could tailor responses that reflected Andrew’s policy positions—we then trained volunteers to specialize in certain common topics. As emails increased, we matured our processes in phase 3, deploying Slack, Monday.com, and various GSuite tools to scale our team to successfully meet the email quantity without increasing response times or sacrificing quality. As an ambitious phase 4, we began working with volunteer data scientists to provide Andrew analytics on those topics his supporters were most passionate about, but ultimately we did not complete this phase due to the time-cost and the fact that the ROI was theoretical. Still—a fascinating experience I was lucky to have.
