Hello!
My name is Diane Mencke and I own a licensed bakery just south of Ames, Oklahoma, Cakes by Diane.
I’ve always loved to bake but turned my passion into a full-time business in 2009. I offer all sorts of custom designed desserts ranging from cake pops to decorated sugar cookies to elaborate multi-tier over the top wedding cakes (and everything in between)!
I’m a wife to my husband Jeff (36 years married this year), mom to my three now adult kids and DeeDee to my 2 grands.
