The concept of Bawachi Biryani was initiated by Mr. Bushair Vadakkan. Having an amazing understanding of various taste for food and appetizers, He came up with the concept of sharing His biryani experiences with all.
He came across various fruitful experiments, which brought in a trend of new “Bawachi Zaika” for various types of biryanis. Bawachi Biryani provides its customers with an exotic and authentic
“Zaika” of a variety of biryanis available with them.
Being into the business since 1984 (started His Father a small Biryani center His home town ) The team of Bawachi Biryani
