🧍🏻‍♀️Grew up in physically & mentally abusive homes

🚶🏻‍♀️As a young adult lost my way and ended up in drugs & alcohol

📚🚫Rebelled against school but found I loved working

💒Became one of Washington DC’s top wedding planners

🥃🚬💊 Nearly lost my life, my career and my freedom from my addictions I hid from everyone

6️⃣ years ago got sober and was mentored/coached to a healthy way of living

🗣 I wanted to give back so I started sharing my healthy ways of living and opened my fitness training company

✈️🏝After a few successful years I followed my dreams to move to Bangkok & Bali to explore Asia because I’m a wanderer at heart
