During her time there, she trained over 5,000 salespeople and sales leaders at companies like Keller Williams, CKoe Metals, and Microsoft. It’s during this time that she discovered that companies without the right foundation, its salespeople, cannot succeed with training alone.
Today, she helps companies recruit top performing salespeople while using a five step process that predicts whether their sales candidate will succeed in the client’s selling environment. She has been featured in radio, print, and online as a leading voice in sales recruiting.
