I am a meditator, writer, and coach who is passionate about personal awakening and liberation from suffering. I founded three mission-driven startups and worked for Amazon.com in the U.S. and Brazil before moving full-time into the wellness space.

I combine Buddhism with psychology and trauma informed somatic practices.

I work with professionals to address things like overwhelm, anxiety, and self-esteem, and support individuals in healing PTSD, body image/food, and perfectionism (to name a few).

I teach meditation and lead workshops and retreats on working with difficult emotions and waking up using the material of everyday life.

———————

My passion lies in somatic healing modalities as well as in the richness of Tibetan Buddhist practices and Vipassana (Theravadan) meditation.

My first long solitary retreat (5-months) is featured in the documentary film about Buddhism coming to America and Europe, “When the Iron Bird Flies” (available on Amazon Prime).
