My work as an entrepreneur, author and speaker actually revolves around a just cause to elevate people.

This takes many forms, but often includes building the skills, confidence and toolset for senior leaders and salespeople of all levels of ability.

Spent my first four decades in the frozen tundra of Chicago, now decidedly warmer in sunny Phoenix, AZ...traded lakefront strolls for mountain hikes!

Unapologetic obnoxious foodie, devotee to my beloved, yet always disappointing, Chicago Bears, ceramic artist, travel afficiando (51 countries and counting) and husband to my incredible wife, who just happens to be my favorite person on the planet.
