i’m obsessed with electric bikes, scooters, skateboards and all other personal electric vehicles (PEVs). they are immensely fun, practical and produce zero carbon emissions. and let’s be honest, our planet could really use a breath of fresh air.

work history:

it took me a while to realize a 9-5 office job wasn’t going to work for me. i’m an Aquarius... i’ll just leave it at that. my first remote job was as a freelance writer. i loved the freedom and greater degree of independence that came with the territory.

i hopscotched my way across publications until my first full-time gig as the social media editor at International Business Times. that was pretty dope.

after IBT i was briefly an editor at ComicBook before settling into a position at Mic as the Hype editor. also very dope... mostly because our team was aces.

after the Nth “pivot to video” restructure and consequent layoff spree i found myself unemployed yet again. so i finally decided to follow my heart and founded ElectrifiedReviews.com — where i’ve been reviewing PEVs since 2015. i couldn’t be happier.

the electric revolution is in full swing and our future is bright... and clean. also, did you know the first electric cars were developed alongside the first internal combustion engine (ICE) cars in the early 1800s? facts. unfortunately, oil companies ensured gasoline won out over battery power. but can you imagine what our world would look like if it was the other way around?

💗 my main goal is to make a small but real difference in our shared world by raising awareness on the myriad benefits of EVs over ICEs. even Formula 1 race cars are going electric, and i feel the time to join the electric revolution is now.
