Filmmaker - Producer - Writer
Brendan Whelton is a Toronto-based filmmaker and alumnus of the 2019 Canadian Film Centre Producer's Lab and the 2017 Reykjavik International Film Festival Talent Lab.
His production credits include several features and short films, including Sebastian, which was released by Wolfe Video, the world's oldest LGBTQ+ distributor; Vertical Lines (Best Men's Short, Boston Wicked Queer Film Festival); and The Indestructible (Best Canadian Short, Fright Night Theatre Film Festival).
His next feature, Erin's Guide To Kissing Girls, was financed by the Telefilm Talent To Watch Program and will start principle photography in summer 2021.
