She has become a branding and growth leader within the industry by combining operational excellence with an agent first philosophy. She’s a frequent speaker and writer for many industry publications and conferences who has been honored as an Inman Real Estate Influencer, Swanepoel Power 200 and as one of the Most Influential Women in Business in Arizona. She currently serves as the Chief Brand Officer for Fathom Realty where she focuses on growing the Fathom brand across the country. Wendy is an accomplished athlete holding several marathon finishes as well as earning the coveted title of Ironman by crossing the finish line after 140.6 miles of swimming, biking and running.
