When an Owner/Leader suddenly leaves their organization, much of the money that went into building the brand is lost. One fatal mistake by a leader can result in the loss of millions of dollars, multiple lawsuits, and a hit to the brand that the organization may never recover from.

I will assess the health of your organization and coach the Executive Team from the CEO down based on my findings. Then I will help develop your Executive Team with the goal of building a healthy organization.
