Bio

The courtroom is my passion. My firm is the Champion For The Injured, those who are injured at the hands of social irresponsible companies who place profits over Safety. I’ve practiced civil litigation since 1997. I concentrate my practice in complex litigation, nursing home cases, personal injury, product liability, mass tort, Jones Act, and railroad (FELA) injuries.

I’m recognized for his skills as an attorney, as a leader, and as an advocate at both the state and federal levels for the legal clients I serve.

Brad began aggressively trying nursing home abuse cases after tragedy struck a family member. He tried a suit against Fayette County Long Term Care which resulted in a $1.5 million judgment for the plaintiff. Brad also successfully represented two burn victims in a product liability suit against Ford Motor Company that resulted in a $43 million verdict. He has tried cases in Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas, West Virginia, Nebraska, Missouri, Ohio and Illinois.

I’ve been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer and in 2006 as one of Forty Illinois Lawyers Under Forty to Watch (few years back 😂). I live with my wife and two children in Scottsdale, Arizona.
