As a MAN (BIPOC) that copes with Depression + Anxiety. I understand the need for Men ✊🏽✊🏿✊🏾✊🏻 to SPEAK 🗣 🆙 more OPENLY regarding OUR MENTAL health and wellness nowadays. We encounter many forms of trauma on a regular basis, whether it be directly or indirectly via social media or within daily routine(s). It’s imperative we SPEAK 🗣 on these issues in a BRAVE SPACE openly and respectfully, so that MEN no longer struggle or suffer ALONE in silence.
