I teach relatives to become families. Bold Doula. I. Am an experienced Certified Doula in NYC who shows up to make a difference & create different birthing experiences that are life affirming, healing and memorable. BOLD DOULA is unapologetically Black & Focused on advocating for the Black woman, man and child; the Black family, Black people. I provide labor support in NYC and Northern NJ as well as breastfeeding support, placenta encapsulation and Childbirth Education, Post Partum support and Overnight support. I am a published author of a handbook to help single, widowed & divorced Black mothers raising Black sons. I am the producer and host of podcast Birth While Black since 2009 with Free listens and noted Guests who are leaders in Black birth work with over 100,000 listens.
