Society puts so much pressure on women to be beautiful, to be sexy but in a specific way, to close your legs, to shut your mouth, to be the caregiver, to have your shit together, to fix your hair and do your makeup, to look a specific way, AND there is tremendous pressure to do it all with a quiet mouth and smile.

Loving your body, your pleasure, and your self isn’t wrong! Loving your body right now is a way to take your fucking power back. It’s a way to stand whole as you are in this world. It’s a way to meet yourself with compassion and allow yourself the kind of freedom society tells you, you can’t have.

Give the world your middle finger and take a chance on yourself. Start the journey of unlearning all this taught body hate so you can really start living. You as you are in this moment are a fucking goddess, isn’t it time to own that?
