Bob Wells helps smart entrepreneurs grow their businesses, maximize their value, plan for their future (including financing or exit strategies ) and solve existing financial, tax or accounting issues.

I have 40+ years of business experience, including as a banker (UBS and BofA), a CFO and a business owner. I earned my MBA from University of Chicago and my BS from Brigham Young University. I grew up living in various countries in Latin America and speak both English and Spanish natively.

I listen to you as a business owner and help you understand the growth gears of your business. I help you identify and manage the levers that will generate, grow and keep cash. I benchmark your company against its industry to help you understand its performance. I help you really understand your business drivers so you can focus your time on what really matters.
