Bobby is a lifetime martial artist and founder of the Ground Standard Agency—a full-service marketing agency helping martial arts gyms & their communities.

Ground Standard provides digital and consultative solutions to manage and scale your business, specializing in tailored services to bolster brand awareness and growth. With a concentration on tightening business operations, services handle everything from:

And as a social business itself, Ground Standard is also dedicated to charitable endeavors as well. So in 2017, Bobby founded the American Grappling Alliance to operate as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit and charitable arm of Ground Standard, formed with a mission of supporting the health and wellbeing of children through martial arts programs.

Through partnership between the two organizations, Bobby’s goal is to support fitness professionals while also supporting the communities they live in.
