XRP (the money)— distributed ledger technology is not the blockchain ... by using the “consensus mechanism” XRP remains and will always be decentralized. XRP and Tesla actually utilized some of the same models too formulate its financials... while ripple has created and designed a product (XRP) but that product is not the core funding nor is it even the basis for ripples funding. Not going too deep but the SEC can only sue real companies with actual employees... and ripple is the BIGGEST (question that and research everything here please) ... ripple has passed the “howie” test several times ... if you don’t know what that is ... google it...I do not consider what I say as law ... I’m a wrong from Time too time but this is what thorough research has proven.... Tesla faced same type of situation but as we see how that panned out... maje your own decisions on what too invest in I’m just sharing info..
