35 plus years of creating Bespoke Apparel for Men Women and Children. After seeing 911 from two blocks away my career shifted as a necessity. Fashion to Hospitality Restaurant Management. I lived in Brooklyn and needed a job because too much was going on in Manhattan. I got a job at Akwaaba Cafe in Brooklyn, NY as the Catering Manager. This was great! I got to plan events, create menus and sell Catering. Almost like Fashion, I was able to create special moments for clients. Instead of Fabric full time it’s now Fashion, Food, Events and Catering.
