I love to help people heal! There is so much trauma in this world.

I write vegan meal plans, do grocery tours, help people to set attainable goals, career counseling and work with those interested in exploring spirituality and relationships! I also love writing ✍🏼 and creating! I have an arsenal of song lyrics and melodies as well as a collection of old poems. I keep my invention ideas tucked away but I do not want them to die & be buried w/me. I'm also a former Podcast Host!

Vegan 🌱
I started the vegan process in 2014 and went fully vegan in 2015 after earning a certificate from a vegan education program. It is not a phase for me. I'm never eating flesh again. #SorryNotSorry! I don’t eat dairy. I do eat cake, pizza & mac-n-cheese; the vegan, plant-based versions! 🍃🍰🍕🧀 I wear pleather & faux furs! 👜👚👖👡

I don't agree w/the use of animals for human consumption, pleasure or entertainment. You can't change my mind. But I still respect you if you disagree, so respect me! I ride in cars w/leather seats when I have to. I'm nowhere near perfect. The whole idea is to cause as little suffering as possible and to live in harmony with other beings on Earth while we are temporarily here. 🐖🐄🐕

I am an introvert and an extrovert. I can't give so much of myself away like I do and not take time to myself to recharge! So, when friends & family are wondering where I've been and why I haven't answered the phone - I'm somewhere introverting & recharging and often creating, planning & praying.
