Intuitive Healer and Teacher

I follow my Guidance. I love being alive, and being a part of the great ascension that is taking place. I love humanity, and all beings. I love the Earth, the solar system, and beyond.

I play in many realms; as an Energy medicine practitioner and teacher, a Bars practitioner, a Shamanic Practitioner and Medicine Wheel Teacher. I am a Nia Black Belt Instructor, and ecstatic dance facilitator.

I assist clients in listening to, trusting and following their Guidance. Living empowered lives, releasing limitations and embodying the gifts they’ve grown.

I am a Mother, my children are grown and are spreading their wings.

I have a strong personal practice. I am a part of the Sara Landon’s Master’s Class, the Stargate community and Ascension One. I meditate, pray and channel.
I am an Earthkeeper, I love connecting with the Earth, growing plants and being in the sun. I am an amateur astrologer, I love paying attention to what is happening ‘out there’ as well as what is happening within.
I live in Mt Shasta, which is an amazing place, I am very blessed.
