🤗 I help women achieve their health & wellness goals while learning to make fitness fun.
🤩 I educate clients on understanding their why & how to find JOY in fitness, making it a consistent & sustainable part of every day life.
✨ For me, the gym has always been my home away from home and a huge part of how I control everyday stresses & anxiety. I enjoy finding ways to push myself to get out of my comfort zone with my workouts & my hope is I can encourage clients to try more of this too!
