Hi there. I’m Thérèse Nelson

I'm a chef, writer, and the founder of a social network and digital archive called Black Culinary History, that I started in 2008 to connect Black food creatives to our collective culinary legacy.

I'm generally interested in Black culture and how our foodways can inform them. I'm here on clubhouse to talk about Black food, history, and culture with a broad diasporic community of creatives so please reach out.
