I am a mother to five amazing children. I have birthed four of my children at home, and had the beautiful privilege of catching my fifth child live and that video has gone viral!!! I am currently operating in both Ohio and Florida...Florida is where my journey as a doula began. I am certified in each of the following five areas, as a SMC full circle doula, a
Birth Assistant, a Mixxedfit group instructor, and as a Homebirth and breastfeeding advocate.

I want black women to understand that we are the natural creators of “lyfe” and we can do it with little to no interventions. My certifications and experience with Natural birth make me an excellent choice to help anyone desiring to build a birth team. This will help save more lives by lowering the maternal and infant mortality rates in the black community.

I was featured on the Sophie G Show, The Freedom Train Network, @thegrapevine, the Black News Channel (BNC) in the segment called “being a woman.” In this segment we discussed encouraging more black women to birth at home vs going to the hospital..this was aired in 2020. I also participated in more than a dozen Homebirths in 2020, helping black women defeat the odds and shut down the nay sayers...In 2018, I was also featured in the Afyia Magazine to promote the importance of physical exercise during pregnancy and to share my fourth Homebirth story. I am the co-founder of Vegan Rainbow Eats, and occasionally participate by preparing and selling vegan meals as a vendor. In my spare time I enjoy all genres of dance, reading and writing, and I also aspire to become a bestselling author.
