I am passionate about the continued evolution of health, psychiatry, psychedelics, drugs and society.

I am a strong harm reduction advocate and believe *all* drugs should be legal and regulated.

I am in medicine because I saw a fractured world of experts and information without cohesive integration; a world that’s mapped out and categorized pathology but forgotten flourishing.

I aim to understand the nuts and bolts of health without losing sight of the forest for the trees; I use the scientific precision of the west along with the time-refined gestalt of eastern practices and philosophy.

I have an expertise in integrative health and optimal performance w/ previous work in kinesiology, nutrition, and interdisciplinary care delivery.

Eclectic background and a wide range of interests: I’ve completed as a D1 athlete, officiated 100-boat sailboat races, worked as a personal trainer, worked as a janitor, helped start a record label, and helped grow various technology companies including Parsley Health—one of the world’s leading integrative/functional medicine practices.
