His first multifamily deal was a REO 4 unit which sold for 9k, even though that transaction was small it showed him that he had desire to work with investors. Since this transaction he has been involved in deals topping over 1 million dollars and unit mixes from 5 to 100+ doors. Two years ago Bill decided to leave his previous a brokerage and assist The Blatt Group with building commercial division between Dayton and Cincinnati Ohio. The last two years our team has engaged in Multi-family, office, and light industrial sales adding tenant and landlord lease negotiation to our businesses. Bill also has experience representing International clients purchasing real estate within the United States and hold a Certified International Property Specialist (C.I.P.S.) Designation. Working with international cliental has been one of the most rewarding experiences in his real estate career, showing him that the world is not as big as you would think. In December of 2020 Bill finalized his Masters in Commercial Property (M.I.C.P) Designation; always working on his education is one of the keys to his success.
