✦ Hi! I am Barbara and my passion is to help women and men become the inspiring, outstanding, empowered and remarkable leaders that they are meant to be!

✦ With over 18 years of global experience living and working in China, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, Europe and The U.S., I partner with entrepreneurs, influencers, C-suit executives, members of family offices, celebrities and athletes (...who are committed to human greatness and are in to change the game 🎉) to make key paradigm shifts and breakthroughs, reconnect with their highest purpose and elevate into their highest self so that they can effectively create changes in their life, society and the world.

➛ I have a Ph.D. in Philosophy (Ontology) from The University of Hong Kong.
➛ Masters in Counseling (CBT) from Monash University (Australia).
➛ Post graduate Certificate in HR Management from LUISS Business School (Italy).
➛ I am a member of the Leadership Development Faculty for the Asia Pacific Region at a top global financial institution.
➛ Visiting professor at SFU, Beedie School of Business (Canada), where I teach Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at the MBA program.

✍🏼 I am the author of two books, and I have just completed my new book: “The Unexpected Gift” (available now), a memoir that tells the story of my journey of self-discovery and renewal after the implosion of my marriage and the experience of emerging anew after the unthinkable while building my career.
